Lineup for the show and Wed arrival time/leave time

Hi all! 

Here is a lineup for the show if you'd like to see where your dancer hits in the show and/or where costume changes happen to organize costumes for them. Also, if you have a younger dancer and need to plan naps, feel free to do so. We understand the struggle that an all day event can bring, so come and go as you please, even if that means doing their dance, missing finale if need be to get a good nap in before the next show, etc. We get it:) 

Also, Wednesday (tech night) can be a long night, so if your dancer is towards the beginning of the show, feel free to leave after they have their stage time, and IF YOU SEE THAT YOUR DANCER IS AFTER INTERMISSION ONLY CONSIDER YOUR ARRIVAL TIME 5:00 PM (just no later than that, please) to keep you and your dancer from having to sit in the audience for an extended period of time, unless you want to watch the building of the show, then you are more than welcome there.

This is a reminder that Thursday is dress rehearsal, so it is a practice for all hair, makeup, and costume pieces for all dancers. Please give yourself time that night to familiarize yourself with the dressing room area that your dancer should be in and if they have a costume change, have that organized, labeled with name and given to dressing room volunteer at your arrival at dress rehearsal and each show. If your dancer has a quick change, a teacher will be looking for you in the hallway on the way down to the dressing room to take that costume for the quick change area.

Did you miss class and still need your costume picked up? Tonight is our last "in studio" night. Please come grab those costumes tonight between 3:30-7:30 pm tonight. Thanks!
